Jan. 18 Classic 5 Exercise Circuit

First let me apologize for the shakiness of the camera.  I am trying to be discreet when filming so the quality is a little poor.  I think you should be able to get the idea of all the exercises.

The exercise are as follows:

Elevated 2 Feet Hip Bridge

Squat to Press

Lying W’s

Side Lunges

Side Plank with a Reach Through

Let me know what you think of the workout.  My Boot Campers were Killin’ It this day!
